WHY SHOULD YOU TAKE THIS TREK?

The Hill Hamlet Trail comprises of one day in Kasol and Tosh each. This is an extremely good choice for first-time trekkers wanting to experience hiking in the lower Himalayas. The trek is widely popular for its dense pine forests, natural hot water springs, Tosh waterfall, lush flora, and fauna etc. Tosh gives travellers a unique opportunity to venture into one of the many offbeat destinations that Himachal has to offer. It is not a difficult trek but extremely satisfying to complete. We shall also be taking a day trip to the picturesque and untarnished little village of Kutla. Coming to this place will ensure that you have some brilliant memories that cannot be erased by time. Short hikes from the Kasol and Tosh region lead to many undiscovered and wildly green villages and hamlets.

EVERYTHING YOU WANT TO KNOW ABOUT THIS TREK

Day 1: Kasol – Manikaran

Upon reaching Kasol, after a tiring journey, we will check-in at The Hosteller Kasol at 11 AM. Located 5 minutes away from the city centre, The Hosteller Kasol offers a serene mountain view, comfortable rooms, and various local experiences. After settling down, you can walk down to Kasol village to grab delicious local food or check out the nearby attractions. Our trip coordinator will then meet you at the city centre for a 3-hour Manikaran Gurudwara tour. Once back, you can bond with other travellers around the bonfire or can make yourselves comfortable in the cosy rooms. A delicious vegetarian dinner will be served at The Hosteller cafe around 9 PM. You can also register for a jungle walk at the reception (timing: 10 PM – 12 midnight).

Meals: Dinner only.

Day 2: Kasol – Tosh

Post breakfast around 9 AM, we will be packing up and heading towards the Tosh village (around 20 KM from Kasol). We will be travelling in a vehicle to the Tosh village and then walking about 15 – 20 minutes to reach the cliff side homestay. This homestay is gorgeous and provides spectacular views of the valley. Because of its stunning cliffside location, one of our travellers has lovingly named it The Cliff House. Here you can unpack, rest and soak in the unforgettable views. You can also opt to explore the local areas. Dinner will be served at night.

Meals: Breakfast and dinner.

Day 3: Tosh – Kutla – Kasol
